SFC Worship

Worship at Spicewood Family Church is very important. We understand that worship is more than just the music and that everyone should worship God each and every minute of every day through their actions, but there is something special about coming together in one accord worshiping the almighty God as a body of believers. The anointing of the Lord as He pours out His Spirit over His people in the fullness of His Glory can be so wonderful, so much can happen in worship, release, healing, revelation, renewal, Ect. The Power of God is nothing to joke about and when you can see it truly working in an intimate animated way like worship it is indescribable. There is so much Joy, Hope, and Love that God wants to give us in worship, if we only lay down our yoke and take up His.

Spicewood Family Church Worship style is unique to itself. To compare it to any other style of worship does not serve the work that God can do in any single churches worship service. SFC does do main stream worship songs, from artists like Hillsong Australia, Chris Tomlin, Passion, Vineyard, Casting Crowns, Fred Hammond, and many others, but it prides itself on original work from Rev. Curt Marek and other local artist Rev has worked with over the years. No matter who is the writer of any music we may worship with in a worship service God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit is the ultimate author of any worship service at Spicewood Family Church, without the anointing and presence of the Holy Trinity, any worship service would be in vain. “We seek His face and He draws us near” is the best way to describe the intentional worship at Spicewood Family Church.
